Help!

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I'd like to convert an image from Adobe photoshop 4.0 into a CSS or something that I can edit to add hyperlinks, preferably without cutting my image into tiny little bits and then cutting and pasting it all back together.

Are you trying to hyperlink the same image to different links in diff parts?
Then you can use dreamweaver or any html editor and use the image mapping option.

Do you want this image to come out as a full web sit template? Or is it just a page element? If you want it as a full web page layout, you really need to slice it up, and then think about how to structure your page properly - Whatever you do don't rely on dreamweaver to put it back together... You'll get shoddy code and it probably wont work very nicely.

If its just an image element that you want a couple of links on, then you can use an image map... Just do a bit of googling on the subject... Its quite easy.

If you need more help, post here.
