Suggest, how to increase our work

Hi,
I am the senior web and graphic designer of our company. Our company has a number of site based on forums. these sites also provide software tools and blogs etc. Our job is to provide all the sites and the upcoming sites with logos, page design and all sort of graphics support.
I want to set forth some new exciting tasks for my juniors. As I see they are feeling bore these days, working on same guidelines.
Definitely our company should profit frm that.
Friends, can any of you please suggest me something regarding this?
Anne.

get them to come up with something creative - the list is endless there's so much good stuff coming out all the time. make it a competition to design the best flash piece for the company homepage, who can come up with a cool use for the google maps api, grab hold of the javascipt libraries and come up with something new. make contact with a local charity or nfpo chosen by the juniors and work with them on their online marketing for free. send them to art galleries for inspiration or give them a design books list they have to read through... that's for starters

You could get your juniors to work on some competition briefs. There are hundreds around, high profile or not. They are great training, exciting briefs to get them inspired and you never know you could win. I also agree with skyrocket though, charity work is is a really nice idea.
