As always, http://www.htmldog.com

Don't bother "learning Dreamweaver". Learn XHTML and CSS.

Dreamweaver is a good software, but it does not generate good codes for you. Learning html, css and some javascript goes a long way in helping you get started. If you already know the coding, Dreamweaver is pretty easy to figure out. I view it as a useful tool, but it is not something you rely on.

Lynda.com has some good Flash and Dreamweaver video tutorials.

Dreamweaver is a great program if used correctly. But i would agree, dont learn dreamweaver... learn xhtml and css.

As far as flash goes, actionscript.org is a goog place to start.

Best way to learn all of these elements, is to just play with them.

i was going to say what's already been said: learn the code, not the program.

Another important factor to learn something well is to be patient, and inquisitively.
