there's elements there that you could re-use and develop but it's a real mess of a design and could certainly do with a revamp. I quite like the McQueen High School logo & the blue-grey colour palette. you could build on that and make more of the grunge typography and graffiti styley thing happening which would fit your target market. under the bonnet - yeeuuch - needs a complete renee zellwegger if you ask me (nip, tuck, face-lift, transplant, stretch and plenty of botox while you're at it)

One advice. Keep it as simple as you can!

I see too much details in your site. Sorry, but it looks quite ugly. You don't need that much detail in any website.

depends what you want to keep. looks like you're going to have to do some creative slice & dicing in your image editor program if you want to keep bits & pieces. do you know what font they used for the logo font? what page elements have you been given to work with?

im not really sure what i want to keep, i might be able to use it on a different site that has around the same "theme?" i guess. i just like the way it looks.

hmm, what do u mean by the logo, just McQueen High School or the knight and horse under it? either way, I know the font.

and, my teacher just said make a page for radio so none I guess

i like the typography used in the words McQueen High School and the distressed/grunge treatment it's been given. the knight & horse banner section is re-usable too IMO. maybe do some research on skateboard, surfing and snowboard websites - i'm sure you'll find some great examples of the grunge thing...
