OS'es and Fonts.

How does Mac, Linux and all the other none-windows systems interpret Fonts from a Stylesheet?
Do they have the same core fonts as Windows?

Say I want to use Georgia, would other OS'es have that?
Or would I have to define them like;
.main {
font-family: Georgia, MACFONT, LINUXFONT, serif;
}

Common fonts to all versions of Windows & MAC equivalents. You can get the MS core fonts package for Linux from sourceforge (or you used to be able to)...
