I've seen some web design services that have a CLIENT LOGIN page. Does anyone here has one of these or knows... What does that page have? what do most web design services put in it?

Any help would be appreciated

i use it so that clients can see how their site is progressing, it also has a messageboard so they can leave notes

...and sometimes upload facilities and protected directories are set up there to enable clients to upload files that are destined for the finished site to the designers'/developers' server.
