Hello,

i am a beginner in webdesigning and I just released my first personal Wordpress theme (guillaumeb.com). I am currently trying to make the code valid.

i generally find it hard to step back from my work and have a neutral judgement on what I do. I am coming to you to receive feedbacks from professional or at least experienced designers. I am new over here and i can't wait to see what you have done!

You could do with antialiasing the text on those text title images.
Shorties, Older Entries and the site title.

You could align paragraphs and headings so they flow naturally, and don`t forget main title/logo.
Common mistake you people make is aligning everything to my arse without any reason...

don`t get me wrong, it`s a nice layout that needs more attention to detail...

Green lines mark indentation guides.
Your logo (or is it main title) is over-indented, why is that? No particular reason?! See what I mean...

try saving your text images as pngs or a gif with more colors, that should help with the rough look
