Is it possible, and if so, help! I've got no idea where to start implementing it.

The models are made in Solidworks 2006

You want to export to 'Quicktime VR Object' Your going to need quicktime pro, which is only $60 or similar if memory serves.

I've no experience of solidworks so I'm not sure if it can handle this file output - you might need to export to another 3d package first.

Turns out Solidworks also has a '3D Instant Website' option that I might check out
