new problem with safari

it appear that using media="screen" and media="all" on link relative css tags within the head of html stop safari from loading in all css.

appears to work OK in firefox and internet explorer, and w3c has no problems with the tags either.

I noticed it when looking at a guys site: http://www.bbriley.com/

Try it out in Safari VS Firefox, I'm certain it's these tags breaking the site.

It's not those.

I think it's the conditional comment in the CSS.
