I've had a few of these lately, emails from a certain stock photo site the manages to bypass the image blocker on Outlook 2003. I've not added them to my address book or ticked a box that would allow them through.

Do you reckon it's the lack of file extension that does it? Is that likely to cause any problems elsewhere? I see they've put the CSS in the head, so can't be
clever at html for email.
