Pull web hosting plans from database

Hi Guys,

can someone advise me how i would pull my web hosting plans from a database please? i use a program called auto-host to run my plans, sign ups etc, but the only problem with it, is it doesnt create a page where you can view all the plans. could someone possibly either tell me how i would do this, or could i pay you to do it for me please?

Many Thanks
