the flash intro bored me to death - thats why no one uses flash intros anymore, and yes, the perspective is off.

Very slow and boring Flash intro - Definently not needed.
The bottom margin on the site is very big, decrease the size. Your content headers "welcome" and "products" are far too big, make them the same size as the "about" and "news" headers.
The content needs to be aligned better aswell, get a better structure going.

Agree with above, kill the flash intro, and be a bit more creative with the flash headers. (flashkit.com etc for inspiration) also not enough contrast for me between background and content.

God yeah.

I like the design though. Nice and clean. Would agree with above comments. Drop the flash intro. Reduce the size of the section headers (though perhaps not quite as small as those in the left menu).

Your page titles are wrong on some pages, e.g. the "find us" page is titled "home". Also worth putting the company name in the title so that it'll show up if the site is bookmarked.

This is a good example of a site whose layout and design is simple enough to allow for accessibility considerations such as text resizing, a decent layout with css disabled (for viewing via a mobile phone etc), a fluid layout for different screen sizes, etc etc. Alas, yet again some crappy application has been used to produce sub standard markup and css absolute positioning. I don't understand why designers are so reluctant to touch markup. /rant

I'd normally disapprove about the use of flash for navigation, but you've provided an alternative so that's ok. Also, I think your use of flash for the banner to present the company's logo is good - it get's your attention without disrupting your usage thereafter.

It's hard to read the light grey text on the white background, and even harder to read the light grey text on dark grey background (menu).

because your site is in plain html, i doubt you will find the time to update it regularly, so you might consider ditch the news section
there is not enough contrast with that grey color you are using for the text
