Don't know how known this is but.. I downloaded Netscape to do some testing on the claim that my shit did not work right in NS. Came across this feature in the bottom left.. Display as IE or Firefox. You can toggle back and forth quickly to troubleshoot problems with shitbox IE. Seems to work well.

I found a extension for FF that switches the tab to display as IE. Never been able to find it again! =(
