Hello, I'm a starter on programming and now I'm dealing with a CMS. I've been looking around for cool icons but I'm concerned a bit with the sizes, As I know some icons are vector files that I can resize to fit my toolbar. I visited www.iconshock.com xp icons and liked the styles but waht format should I use or what trick can I apply for 14 x 16 px. Thank you for your comments.

GIF or PNG will be your best bet. If you're downloading vector icons, send them over to Photoshop and make them 14x16...not exactly sure what you're asking.
