I've made a javascript based website prototyper which is free for you to use. It allows you to quicky try out new ideas and designs via your browser and then output the html code. In fact you'll be amazed just how much faster you can design webpages using this.

brilliant... now if you can just alter the output code to be divs rather than tables, and include the box model hack.

I looked at using tableless design but it was way easier to use tables given then amount of dynamic behaviour e.g. switching left hand navs to the right hand side, variable font sizes changing elements widths etc.

I created this as a prototyping tool to help designers in the idea + initial design stage and I expect that 99% of people will alter the html code fairly significantly before their final live version (I certainly hope so since their aren't even any <a> tags in the output )
