you want to make a pixelwebsite for selling? Or you want to make your own pixelwebsite with your own creation, then you should read a lot of tutorials and you have to practise a lot.

Though it is not exactly top-fashion (but nobody said you have to stick to fashion) it might take you a lot of fiddling to get bigger pictures in this style. Have a look at this for maaaaany examples, and here is a little tutorial. Good luck!

Don't you think this person wants to make a pixel website design?
Not a Million Dollar Homepage.
Download Adobe Photoshop CS2 and use the pixel borders tutorial on spoono.com filled with a gradient or with a drop shadow. Make some vector icons.
AND DO NOT USE MICROSOFT PAINT!

It's got fuck all to do with the tools you use. Infact for a 16/16px image, paint is probably as good a tool as any.

Yep. Sounds like something you'd learn on those tutorial sites. Sigh.

You mean like on of those million doller home pages? Here.... Go on http://www.cssplay.co.uk/ go to his favicon ad's page. I think you can use his source as he's a cool guy. I allways try to make something from scratch but... if you need some help check out that site. Then buy your domains and stuff.
