<>(I use IE6) No matter what I try, I simply cannot get favicons for pages I make to consistently show, meaning both the 16px icon that displays (or should!!) to the left of the address bar, in your browser, and the same 16px icon for the shortcut in your favs when you bookmark it.

-Has anyone been able to get around this? A favicon can be such a nice little touch.

-On this same note, for other's sites that I bookmark that have favicons, they'll show for a while, but then always revert back to the default IE icon. It's as if bookmarking a new site over-writes the previously cached favicon.ico file. It's just riciculous. I bet other browsers don't have this problem...

This is 99% IE's fault, test it in FF and if it works you know you've done all you can. IE is known for this.
