hey I like this forum's design ...is there any simmilar design that I can use for my own forum ? mine is made by PhpBB .

This is virtually identical to the default phpBB template. The changes should be implementable with some very basic modifications to the .tpl files within the "subSilver" directory (the default template for phpBB). You'll have to have a good knowledge of HTML and some CSS to work it out.

I've worked quite a bit with phpBB. It's a bastard to customize it - the code is horrendous.

Also, just a word of warning, phpBB is heavily targeted by hackers. Make sure you update the software whenever a new version comes out or you'll have a major headache. I learned that the hard way.
