accessibility and usability

Anyone know of any good white papers, or articles relating to the above - i'm after some well written and researched observations rather than someones personal veiw on the subjects - but let me know if you have anything useful.

on this subject why is it that css / usability / accessibilty information aned research sites look pants

they are trying to get us to change and emprace the possibilities of this new(ish) technology and yet apart from zen garden they are not exactly inspiring

Cheers so far - i'm now after anything relating to flash accessibility and usability - apart from macromedia and the other obvious lot.
