Where to head towards........Site Designing
I read all the time about hitting the various tutorial sites for CSS, HTML, etc..........(W3Schools for example). I've always done the table route on my sites.............yes I know.........ickkkkk. Always used Dreamweaver for site design. Now I wanna jump into the fire a go on with design techniques, etc. Other than hitting those tutorial sites and learning........where should I aim for in my webdesigns? CSS, XHTML, what? THANKS A BUNCH |

You should aim for... Quote:
Learning good design practices is important, but when you get beneath the surface: Learn XHTML, learn CSS - and hand-code everything (using Dreamweaver or anything else). Get your site working in Firefox and then hack for IE. It would also be advisable to test in Safari and Opera. Web Developer's Handbook CSS wisdom please |
