possible??
I have had a look on google and can't find anything and suspect there is no easy solution but.... can you create a web version of a column layout which would automatically flow text into the next column along, like when you link text boxes in illustrator/indesign/quark? |

Not without some serious coding. Well not that serious actually now I think about it. Experiment to find out how many characters you want in a column. Then do a string length and clip of everything after the number of chars you want in a column then bang the next lot in the next column and so on. Does that make any sense? I'm sure a bit of javascript could sort it Jase

Yeah. With CSS3 or a javascript workaround... http://www.csscripting.com/wiki/inde...itle=Main_Page I've used the javascript workaround myself and like it. |

Well, I know Firefox is starting to implement parts. I wouldn't be surprised if Opera and Safari are either. So that covers all the major browser bases...oh, wait... Luke Redpath .::. Software Engineer .::. Reevoo - Real Reviews From Real Customers

In other words, don't hope to use CSS3 until 2010 or so. |
