Hey guys, i am working on a project involving an html video stream from a security camera using motion jpeg, it has the Pan, Tilt, Zoom features with buttons on the page. My work is to incorparate this buttons over the video, something like image hot spots. I have done this on images all the time but never on motion jpeg, here is an image to how i imagine things to look once the mouse is over the image.

What do i need to get started?
