Distributing your RSS feed.

Does anyone have any experience with distributing a site's RSS feed to increase exposure? I'm looking at Feedburner, but am not really sure if that's the best route.

Experiences / suggestions anyone?

I like feedburner a lot. It has a lot of helpful tools. You can do some of the stuff other ways but feedburner keeps it all in one place.
