I would try ignore the term Web 2.0. There are plently of 'trying to be' web 2.0 sites about (check the showcase section). Look for fuking massive footers and headers, reflections, gradients and star shaped buttons |

Web2.0 isn't really a term its more of an ideal based on the current change or design, development processes, and the community based orientation. But if you'd like to find some "web2.0" sites. You may want to check out TechCrunch and Mashable, they tend to build their content around notifying the general public about new community orientated websites. |
