Web 2.0 is like the internets but not like, as we know it. Instead of going through cables and stuff, it goes through a series of tubes, not just a truck that you dump stuff on. They have corrected all the problems there were in web 1.9 such as IE 7 and the like. It's much beter in the land of Web 2.0 where all sites look the same But seriously though, i am all for the Symantic markup and graceful degredation. Lets hope they can get CSS support sorted in time of web 2.5 so we dont have to keep using ugly fixes when we have to do things we don't really want to for bitchy clients. |

Terribly sorry if I'm echoing someone, but Web 2.0 is a term coined by O'Reilly Media three years ago. It's basically a standard of webdesign. Websites that you can call Web 2.0 are mainly websites that consist of: Reflective LogosWhere rounded corners are actually important. Hope that clears up the foggy image you get when you think Web 2.0. |

True Keenen, O'Reilly did coin this phrase and there has been a hell of a lot of buzz around it as O'Reilly media is one of the most popular and one the most watched web sites around. As of yet no other phrase of O'Reilly media has gotten this much popularity. |

You can endlessly talk or write about web 2.0 as there is no start or end to this version or web 2.0 In fact there are no specific standards or definition of web 2.0 and it was not different for web 1.0 (in the starting period). |
