Had a look at the demo a while back - from what I could see it's essentially a framework/environment for developing applications in actionscript. The demos certainly looked impressive, but I don't know anyone that's actually using it for anything yet - which is fairly telling

Hmmm.
Yeah I haven't heard about anyone using it either but apparently one of our clients wants to use it for the entire back-end of their ecommerce site. Strange.
