Need help on the typography rules eg: i wanna get amount of text to fix into a limited space, surely the text have to reduce its size & kening & spacing or some ppl even distort the text.

somehow, i just cant get the things right. is there any rules or typo factor to this ?

Well have you used H&J's? Tracked it, played around with spacing the words and trying to make it fit? There are rules to follow but providing it looks even, theres no unslightly rivers and you've no orphans or widows then either reduce the amount of text or make the space bigger.

Already try everything, but the words cant be reduce, it still looks bad in the end
