Resume/CV Fonts

I was wondering what font(s) are good for a resume.

I'd like to use a sans-serif font for the headings and a serif font for the descriptions. I can no longer stand Times New Roman. Any suggestions?

Note: My resume will be used mostly for E-commerce, sales, and retail positions -- not design positions. Thanks.

Futura Medium for the headlines and Palantino or Gentium for the body text.

wouldn't the recipient NEED those fonts on his system to see the Word doc as intended though ??

If so - i'd play it safe - just stick to tahoma.

That's what I was going to say but thought it unnecessary! CVs as PDFs, oh yeah.
If you want/need a good free PDF writer, Software995 has what you need.

I'm using a combo of Tahoma and Times for the pdf version and strictly Tahoma for the word doc version. I'll check out those fonts tho, SteveB.

Thanks, fellas.
