Can someone help with identify this font, it is close to times new roman but not quite. Help appreciated

It's Rockwell Bold. Quick Font Search: rockwell bold - Fonts.com
As you learn more about typefaces, you'll find that it's not classed as being like Times AT ALL! But that's another story.
