ADMUI2Sm

Today I uploaded my first two pages of my first web site.
100% novice.
I used to font ADMUI2Sm and I love it but have been told that
a lot of viewers won't have it and it will be substituted with
Times New Roman which would be horrific.
Is ADMUI2Sm that rare?
Should I worry about people with crappy old computers?

It's not a matter of people with crappy machines, it's that only certain (fairly crap) fonts are installed on all systems. For anything more fancy you have to either make the text a graphic, use flash or use siFR (google it if you've not heard of it.)

I've never heard of ADMUI2Sm myself and none of the big font sites have it available for purchase so I doubt nearly anyone will have it installed ... got a link to an example of it?

Of course not! It serves them right.

(wipes tears of laughter away) - There are certain fonts which it's best to use, which everyone has automatically. These are Arial, Trebuchet, Times, Verdana to name a few. Look at the list here Websafe fonts

Whatever you do, never ever use Comic Sans except for speech balloons in a comic strip.

I see the small text in the Verdana font on my machine - which is OK with me. The browser automatically finds something similar if a font is missing.

Admui is an adobe interface pixel font, available in the adobe software subfolders. I doubt many people will see your site with the font you want them.
Consider using arial instead.
