Branding Fonts

I have been given the wonderful task to find new fonts for rebranding our company. I have found a couple of font families but would like some suggestions for some more ideas. My three right now...Alinea, Frutiger & Generica Condensed. We currently use Futura family for Business & Avenir for Consumer marketing. I can't use anything we currently use. All fresh, all new. We mainly design DM, Inserts & Print Ads (some billboards). Any creative ideas will help.

A serif would be the obvious move from Avenir and Futura. Go for something that has a historical link with your company, its trade and location. It's easier to corroborate your choices if there are tangible reasons, beyond looking good.

I work for a telecom company we are located in 26 states but mainly in the midwest. We also have a very large demographic range. I was thinking serit for sure...we need someone easy on the eyes. Since we work mainly on direct mail we need something quick, eye catching with a wide variety of weights. One of our biggest issues is space. Our Marketing team loves to put everything in one piece. Not good but reality.

Well our currently branding is all over the place. The only thing that really is branded is our logo. Sad. We use Avenir & Futura for fonts. TDS Telecom & TDS Metrocom is the company.

Very modern - very Gill! Nice one. I'd get it if I didn't already have a dozen similar.
