Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about typographic or graphic styles of 50's and 60's USA, as I am starting a project about Edward Hopper and James Rosenquist and commercialism in America after the war, and about the contrast between the two artists regarding this. I was thinking of looking at gasoline signage as this links the two together and would be a good starting point, but anything to do with fonts or colours, or production methods of this time etc, would be a great help to me,
