Can anyone out there tell me what font this is? And where can I get it from (preferably FREE) for a mac? Many thanks.

Try identifont.com
If you find it in there it's not likely to be free.

Off the top of me 'ead, looks like 'Mr Earl' which I think is a Bitstream font...
