A new free fonts book from my mates at Debut Publications:

With articles by industry creatives such as Ray & Rina Larabie typeindex.org and N9, Free?Fonts includes an extensive directory of Font Foundries, Type Designers and useful typographic websites worldwide. Contributions from 18 Font Foundries and Type Designers, including: Misprinted Type, P22, Mark Simonson, Ray Larabie, Font-O-Rama & Büro Destruct.

A real shame they didnt work with some of the foundaries to compile a CD to go with the book, its a great idea though and at £8 I'm rather tempted. The font they chose for the cover is so bloody awful - not a good advert for free fonts!
