Question for the professional Designers of the World...

I need a font that is clean, elegant and most of all modern, i am designing a construction company's identity and i can't seem to find the right typeface..

Are there any recommendations out there, san serifs preferrably?

futura, franklin gothic, univers? There are hundreds - do a search for 'typography' and do a little research.
