And, besides, I don't watch TV very often - I think I've seen CSI twice.

I'm with you Dad. Bought one of these a few months ago and do I have cable, satellite, or an antenna plugged in? Hell no.

DVDs only, baby. And I may break out my old Super Nintendo - or even my NES (if it still works).

CSI was wicked, don't care what you TV nazi's think. Tarantino is a good director, and did a good job on this, as you would expect. Anyone seen sin city? his guest direction in that was awesome. I think it is all to easy to criticise those who have been over exposed. He's famous for a reason IMO.

I agree. If you watch an interview with him he has more enthusiasm then any other director. There was one from Dusk Till' Dawn where Robert Rodriguez is just sittin there listening to him for ages.

Watched MTV with the director doing "House of Wax" my jaw dropped when a Director who is paid millions gave an actor directions which were,

"Its dark so you know...its make believe"

Yeh niceone! Thats another £10,000 worth of direction.

QT is a wicked director and gives some quality quotes, although he reminds me of Jaws from the old Bond films.

Saw those a while back too (thanks to btorrent) was a good finale to the series, though I think they should have showed them seperately meself.

Didn't realise they were directed by QT though, seems a bit gimicy to me. Didn't notice any difference in hindsight.

C'maan. I think ppl expect more from him than your average joe schmo. Kill Bill was ok. I like Tarrantino, but I've seen enough crime detective tv shows for one lifetime.

Humbug. Don't mind a little Monk now and then. (Oh the shame...)

No, I hated it. I spent the entire movie laughing at (not with) it and deriding the poor...everything. Worthless.
