No not really. TechTV used to be good, until it became G4Techtv now it is all games, the only really good shoe on anymore on that channel is the Screensavers, there used to be call for help and some other ok shows, now, it just sucks.

The Apprentice (BBC2) isn't too bad as far as comedy goes. Pity its supposed to be a serious docu-drama!

Don't you get Home Shopping Network where you're at??? Actually, where I'm at there are two on VHF and one is on cable. So --there's three. Also, if you're a registered Democrat, you'll enjoy the evening news.

Haha. Hilariously opposite of the truth. Those pandering bastards.

Also, be aware of the fact that most of the people (if not all) above are from the UK, so they're probably not registered Democrats like me.

On the subject of TV - I don't watch it, really. Maybe 2 hours/week. Sometimes I'll tune in to watch a movie on American Movie Classics or something on the History channel, Comedy Central, or Adult Swim on Cartoon Network. That is all.

Like Shirley I watch The Simpsons regularly and not a lot else. 24 when I remember. House occasionally because it's novel to see Hugh Laurie being American - I would also mention in a non-comedy role but he was never really funny anyway. Sometimes put Leno on if I go to bed that early but usually only Mondays for 'headlines'. Conan if Leno didn't bore me to sleep. That's about it for me.

Have been downloading a fair bit of English comedy TV lately, though apart from 2 pints it's all old stuff.

Got rid of my telly about 2 years ago now. It's great. Although I do watch a lot of movies now (on puter), I only watch things I actually choose to (usually download), rather than what's on at the time.

Which is nice.

Good to see Hustle back on last night - not as good as the first series though.
