"Yo man, tell me something about me."

"Aw fuck, everyone knows that. Tell me something nobody knows."
"When you do it, you're thinking about guys."

3 great ones there, seen!

I used to like Dogma, but grew tired of it. Now I can't watch it.

Being John Malkovich - top notch. Every movie Charlie Kaufman has written is solid gold - Being John Malkovich, Adaptation, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Haven't seen Human Nature.

Just bought Adaptation (finally) and Confessions - watched both this week. Excellent.

The New Wallace And Gromit Film.

It's very good, and if you dont like thiat sort of movie watch it to see how many other films have blatantly inspired the scenes. Ladles of hat tips to other movies - Jaws, Batman, Watership Down, Indiana Jones, King Kong, Frankenstein....

Just watched Downfall. It's good, I really liked it.
Apart from the fact the cinema was full of screaming kids.

Night Watch

well worth going to the cinema for, really looking forward to the next one.

Ending seemed a bit rushed, and it got a little confusing in some of the fight scenes, which bizarrely cut to some playstation game type thing at one point - not sure if that was a good idea or not, but in general, was well impressed, we need more films like this.

Odd thing was, I walked out of the cinema, with that post film wierdness thing going on, and of course walked into a massive crowd of E'd up clubbers with mad eyes who'd just been kicked out of the club next door - they all looked like the 'others' in the film

I thought Night Watch was a bit shit.
It built up tension right up until the end, and even though i'm not a big fan of action. i was dissapointed with the gore-less ending.

I agree about the ending, but I expect big things from the next two in the trilogy

nah, I like Lynch's stuff, but that film just didn't engage me at all.

I thought Night Watch was terrible. I watched Serenity today and that was well smart. Prolly best to watch the firefly tv series before you see it though.

just watched 'its all gone pete tong' last night...wasn't really that impressed to be honest.
I don't think his life was interesting enough to fill an entire film.
I mean, yeah he went deaf. big deal.
and that dennis pennis guy over played the part a bit too much I think.

Watched gladiator again last night. I liked it more now than when I saw it for the first time. Not the best film Ridley Scott has produced but it definitely has its moments.

Watched History of Violence. Thought it was rubbish, felt like an overly violent made for tv movie, 'true story' style. Was expecting it to be a bit better really.

Never mind.
