this is really odd.

it's pretty much the same script...why bother??

People in the US have seen the office already. I saw Ricky Gervais was on David Letterman talking about how successful it is over in the US.
and I know most people have seen the both series here in Canada.

it's not as good as our version (how can it be, it's american, they remade fawlty towers without the Basil fawlty character for gods sake) but - and I'll say this in hushed tones - it's not that bad.

I think that Coupling is funny, I think that Friends is funny. Yes its similar to Friends - shock, horror, but I don't see Friends as some sort of almight piece of comedy genius that should not be copied, its just another sitcom that's pretty funny.
