Sugar is great, love the fact that his reasons don't always have to make sence and whatever he thinks goes.

Why is Sophcles... guy still in? He MSUT see somethign in him. He sees himself in him and that's why he's there. Oh and the puppy dog eyes haha! I never knew Sir Alan could get so turned on by them hehe. He did a U-Turn whilst he was just about to fire him 2 wk ago. Whoa...anyway, Raef not for win no more. I still think Claire will go head to head with Lee or Alex. Maybe Alex more so...Who do you think?

When he followed that guy down the street was a truly cringe worthy tv moment.

Now people! Will you agree that this woman is a useless bitch once and for all? And a fucking annoying one to boot. She likes to play the victim a lot. Breaking into tears because nobody would help her rent the Zonda. Oh wait. The Zona. Or was it an Aston Martin?

I don't think she's that bad. I mean, she's not that good either, but she gets dumped on a lot more than is necessary.

So who does everybody think is gonna take it in the end?

Well, hasn't SAS got a thing for hiring women ? My guess is that Claire will take it.

Im inclined to agree except for the fact that she is pretty much a clone of the chick he hired last year, Ruth, so I'm thinking he may want to change it up a little.

I used to watch this show regularly, but I haven't for years... I think it's gone quite downhill, in quality!

He's 25, not that young. I don't know where all the "I'm so inexperienced and young" thing came from and how it rubbed off on Sir Alan.

I guess an 'apprentice' is someone who is willing to learn and knows they do not know it all.

Twenty-five is pretty young in the corporate world. Old enough to think they know everything, not old enough to have realized that they don't.

The thirties is a prime age for corporations.

OMG interviews were good. They gruel them on purpose. I love it when they sweat it haha i.e. Alex seemed offended most of the time.

Final tonight. 2 jobs perhaps? Or Alex for the win as Sir Al knows that football bird will give Claire a job anyway. Lee not a chance. He loses his composure again tonight going by the clips last week. Helene I don't know what to think. She's missing that spark inside that Sir Al looks for each time.

I'm not too sure who the overall winner will be. I think it will be between Claire and Alex though, not sure why but the others just don't seem "right". I can see Claire taking it though as Alex come across as a bit quiet & shy...or maybe that's just the perceptive editing !
