Im inclined to agree except for the fact that she is pretty much a clone of the chick he hired last year, Ruth, so I'm thinking he may want to change it up a little.

Twenty-five is pretty young in the corporate world. Old enough to think they know everything, not old enough to have realized that they don't.

The thirties is a prime age for corporations.

Final tonight. 2 jobs perhaps? Or Alex for the win as Sir Al knows that football bird will give Claire a job anyway. Lee not a chance. He loses his composure again tonight going by the clips last week. Helene I don't know what to think. She's missing that spark inside that Sir Al looks for each time.

I'm not too sure who the overall winner will be. I think it will be between Claire and Alex though, not sure why but the others just don't seem "right". I can see Claire taking it though as Alex come across as a bit quiet & shy...or maybe that's just the perceptive editing !
