Raef is a legend...

Did you see him last night when Sir Alan came round for brekkie...looked like he'd just come from one of Hugh Heffner's parties.

Lazy, yes. Bad manager no.

Claire wound me up completely. Even though she said she had to prove herself to Sir Alan, she just seemed to be pissing about the whole time having a laugh and didn't seem to be taking it all to seriously.

I thought Lucinda was miles better in comparison. She and the whole team were much more organised, Claire's team had no plan or anything, just going door to door cold selling. They just happened to get extremely lucky in the end to win.

When they announced that Claires team had won, I got pissed off and turned it off.

So who got fired in the end?

Lucinda is bloody useless. She can't open files from a USB stick and print them off...my 8 year old brother can do that.

She can't manage she just put somebody else in charge of the "other" team. She is totally shyte, I haven't got a clue wtf she is doing on that program.

Exactly. She put someone else in charge of one of the most important things and that person got fired LOL I can see this one riding it out to the end. Then Raef and her will have super posh babies.

I agree with Bazzle - she's not a bad manager at all. A manager's best skill is identifying his/her people's skills, and then placing the best people possible in the necessary positions. She actually did quite well at that. She put Lindy in charge of the other team, and that was a pretty good move. The sales team actually sold pretty good.

I thought Jen (I think thats her name - black haired chick red lipstick) should have been fired. Besides the fact that she's a bitch, she screwed up HUGE in giving exclusivity.

Lindi was spot on to be fired as she was in charge of sales. She didn't have the guts to jump in and stop the exclusivity deal made by Jennifer in the first place and went ahead and made a second exclusivity deal herself in the pub. Bad people management on the part of Lindi. It's knives out even more with the girls after the spat in the boardroom with Lucinda dropping Helene in the fire with regards to her comments about Jennifer.

Total fucking twat, but very entertaining. Laughed my head off at just about everything he said. And he looked like he was about to cry all the time, which is amusing. He should've brought in that fucking annoying bint with the big jaw and red hair, and she should have got fired.

lol yeah

Him saying to Clinton cards that them not buying his cards was like the Americans not caring about pollution, was the icing on the cake.

I had to laugh when Claire said he's got small man syndrome, so true. I also found it hilarious them all trying to shift the blame onto Sara when the only reason they lost was because it was a shite idea from the start.

I agree with Coops that that red haired loudmouth has taken over Claire as the most annoying person on the show. I'm actually warming to Claire which is quite disturbing actually, she was the only level headed person in that group!

Sara being blamed for everything was torture. How dare they! Like scapegoating and shifting blames. Thankfully, Sir Alan has sense. Jennie is the one who got way with it this week. Kev just got himself stuck in his own rut!

Claire reminds me of Ruth Badger from last series or was it the one before?

I agree, especially at the boardroom when she was fighting her corner - I think she'll win this one!

Sara, that was a little unfair...she was attacked back at the house too; poor girl! She needs to shout out a bit more.

I hope so but I'm doubting it at the moment.

Matt Lucas, sorry...Kevin was so cringeworthy the other night, and Michael keeps making me laugh this series, he seems so small and out of touch with most people, good series; definitely made for entertainment.

oh...and alex may have chance too I think. He knows whats right and whats silly...but he won't put it across. Prob scared of being put in the firing line if he argued with project manager. As for the bullying back at the house (Sara)...bang out of order I must say! Yuck...they just showed the whole nation how stinky their attitude is. Well done to them! As for Jenny...well...she reminds me of Jo frm 2 yrs ago. She scares me! haha She definietly was teh 1 who got away. How come they manage to keep so hush hush on who actually won? It's already been filmed...I wonder.
