nothing happens. There is a no great insight into their way of life. just a chase movie ina dead language

the scale of the film is awe-inpiring, truly. the costumes, set design, everything had a attention to detail that would be hard to rival. The cinematography was great, and from what i could tell, so was the acting (although hard to judge actors using foreign tongues i find) but it forgot one simple thing, the story. It's just a series of unfortunate events, strung together by chance. nothing cohesive, nothing enlightening, nothing original
