Indipendent Films - View & Rate

When I was studying media a few years back, I remember stumbling across a site for independent and amateur film makers where they could upload or link to their creations & work in progresses and the community could discuss and rate the works.

Does anyone know of anything simerlar, or maybe they know the site I'm talking about??!!
