Making Mac-created Word Docs PC Friendly?

Any free software out there for doing this? I thought this would be worthy of reviving this old thread...plus, the missus is trying to do this at work and has her panties in a bunch.

Another tool for PC is Fanurio. It is a desktop application designed for freelancers. It can do basic project management, time tracking and invoicing.
