Hello everyone,

I was wondering if I can get some suggestions/feedback on some reliable Ecommerce solutions that have the following criteria:

* flexible and easy to use templating system
* supports (X)HTML and CSS standards and best practices
* can hookup to many Payment Gateways, such as Authorize.net
* can keep track of inventory
* built using PHP or Rails
