ahhhhhhhhhhhhh - of course it's better, it's a layout programme - it's better designed/equiped for the job, as I've said, people only use photoshop for web layout if they can't use illustrator.

I use both, illustrator to visualise the basic layout and photoshop to create the finished mockup with gradients and effects etc.

Well I cant fucking afford illustrator and I still use photoshop 7, but it still does the job regardless of which program is technically better.

i use illustrator for editing photos. its great.
