i'm pretty sure theres an add on for firefox that does something like this. However i'm a print wannabe. Web design is not my kettle of fish. If your colours are starting to run, let them all run, run away from you. Flux - Bloc Party

Either dual boot windows, or install it on a virtual machine. The bonus of the VM is that you can use it from Mac OSX without having to reboot, its just another window but with a whole operating system in it, so you can flick back and forth to test it in the browser and tweak your code. |

Yeah I've got Windows on boot camp at the moment. Bit annoying having to boot out though. Also my keyboards stopped working in it which is highly annoying. Think I'll give VM fusion a go. Cheers guys. |

IE 5.5/6/7 on XP: Parallels IE7 on Vista: Boot camp You may want to look into this. It's very handy. Install multiple versions of IE on your PC | TredoSoft and this... Test your web design in different browsers - Browsershots |

Just purchased Parallels and Windows XP for this very reason. I had been using browsershots, but as that can only test things visually and not if you are logged into sites it made it difficult to do complete testing. I second Hutch's thought on Multiple IE... it was the first, and only thing, I'll be installing now that Parallels and XP are up and running. |

I finally have a cheap solution to this if anyone is interested. I'm using some open source emulation software (Q, ported from qemu) and running two separate virtual machines. One with IE 6, one with IE 7. |
