What text editor do you use (Mac)

Just interested. I'm looking at alternatives to DW as it's quite pricey. I'd ideally like something open source.

Sorry, yeah specifically for coding. I have used emacs via the terminal in the past, but it's not the best for HTML really as it doesn't have any code promts, hints or auto completes.

I have both Textmate and Coda. I haven't bought them yet, can't really see why you'd pay €39 for a text editor. I hvae't tarted developing web stuff yet, but when I do I'd probbaly end up using the text program I made in Java lol.

I've gone back to using smultron. Does everything I need really. Just wish it hadn't gone Leopard only.

beginning month on the internet

this place is neat i have some friends on this site and they said nobody will pick on me here im quiet and listen. i joined elsewhere and they told me i was a newbie and posted in the wrong area sorry guys i am learning. be nice to me and im sure i can help you somehow thank you

im slowing understanding i never had internet my whole life because my dad was against computers now that im out of the house HAH he cant stop me now
