stick a cd in, when it appears on desktop drag folders/files to it. Then choose burn from menu (cant remember which menu as i'm on a poxy Cube running OS9)

as in you dont need 3rd party sw.
even pre 10.3, in the connect to server dialog its webdav:myusername@thepcsipaddress
i think thats how you do it
