Then one day I upgraded, ditched my trusty 500 and purchased a shiny new 1200. The speed the power the shear godliness... as for why I wasn't buying a console or a PC at that point, I never could tell. |

[quote:fdf7f8c0e1]It came in the Amiga 'Batman Pack' [/quote:fdf7f8c0e1] - quality, thats what I had - got it from my mum when all around me still had c64s - I was a god amongst my m8s for a bit with those quality graphics and sound. I'd forgot about delux paint 2 , also my intro to computer art. I could never afford the 1/2 meg upgrade tho Interceptor was also great - it would give you a mission miles away on the edge of the map and it would take like 20 mins of sitting in front of your screen to actually get to that point! ..................

Did you ever actually manage to shoot anything down in a dog fight? I had enough trouble using my heat seekers and side-winders (used to love that, reminded me of Air-Wolf). Safe to say a fighter pilot I ain't |

Hey you remember that VCD Black 500 thing... Can't remember what it was called but I think it shipped with flashback amongst others - or maybe Another World (mamushka mamuska - ugendarrr" ) Did anyone ever have one of those, I never really understood what they were... |
